What To Expect When You Pick Up

Safety

In order to assure a safe experience for you and for our staff, we will bag your items in a paper bag and put your first name on it.  When we gather your items, staff will be masked, and gloved.  The items you receive will have a 5 day quarantine period before they are bagged.

Contactless Pick Up

We will keep an eye out for you during your pick up slot.  To ensure prompt pick up, please call us when you arrive at the library.  If you are unable to do so, please call before you leave.

When you get here, please stay in your car until we bring your bag out.  Staff will approach the table gloved, and masked, and will set your bag down. They will back up 6 feet. Once they are back, you may approach the table.

Returns

The book return is now open 24 hours. We are unable to accept returns at curbside but you are welcome to return your items in the book drop at the rear of the building. These items will then be quarantined for 5 days before they return to circulation. If it’s raining, you can still pick up holds.  We’ll have a pop-up tent over the table.
